Forthcoming live webinars about ongoing consultations

Webinars on Exposure Draft General Presentation and Disclosures (published 17 December 2019) and Discussion Paper Business Combinations—Disclosures, Goodwill and Impairment (published 19 March 2020) will take place in June and July to give stakeholders more information about these two consultation documents on which the International Accounting Standards Board (Board) is seeking comments.

Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, the Board extended by three months the comment period for the Exposure Draft General Presentation and Disclosures to 30 September 2020 and for the Discussion Paper Business Combinations—Disclosures, Goodwill and Impairment to 31 December 2020.

Participants can submit questions before and during the webinars, and these will be answered at the end.
