Hours: 35 hours per week
Job purpose: As Technical Staff at the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), focusing on the Extractives sector, you will drive research, standard-setting and the development of educational materials on sustainability-related risks and opportunities in the industries of the Extractives & Minerals Processing sector. This includes enhancements to the SASB Standards for the following industries: Coal Operations; Construction Materials; Iron & Steel Producers; Metals & Mining; Oil & Gas—Exploration & Production; Oil & Gas—Midstream; Oil & Gas—Refining & Marketing; and Oil & Gas—Services.
The team: This position sits within the ISSB Technical Staff: the team that supports the ISSB’s work to develop—in the public interest—IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards that will result in a high-quality, comprehensive global baseline of sustainability disclosures focused on the needs of investors and the financial markets.
