Hours: 35 hours per week
The role of the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager is to take the lead on the development, implementation and communication of our global approach to compensation and benefits across the Foundation. This role is based in Frankfurt but will serve our global hubs working closely with other HR & People colleagues around the world to deliver key projects. This position will develop the overall strategy, design and implementation of the compensation programs on a global basis. This will also include identifying best practices, recommending changes and coordinating the design of the company’s compensation philosophy and plans.
