Reports to: Director of Membership
At the IFRS Foundation, the Membership Manager will support the growth of our membership program – the IFRS Sustainability Alliance – with an eye towards strengthening our member engagement as we establish a global baseline for sustainability disclosure. You will also be involved in relationship management, planning member events, and supporting the work of the IFRS Foundation to develop a comprehensive global baseline of sustainability disclosures for the capital markets.
You believe that the most effective approach to membership management starts with understanding your members’ priorities and their motivations for working with the IFRS Foundation. You’re passionate about the growth of sustainability-related data and integrated reporting among companies and investors and look forward to playing a role in engaging with those who are still learning more about this space. You recognize that the best membership programs leverage the strengths and assets of the entire organization, not just the membership team, and you’re willing to find ways to bring others within the organization into members’ experiences with the IFRS Foundation.
