Who we are looking for
We are looking for a service-oriented Information & Research Coordinator to join our Information Management team. This role is responsible for providing information and research services to the organisation, especially to our team of standard setters. There will be a particular emphasis on providing proactive customer service and in helping staff to help themselves.
This role provides an opportunity for an individual to develop their career in Information Management in a supportive and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an information, research, knowledge or library role and/or have a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in this area.

- Possess a degree-level qualification, or equivalent relevant work experience;

- Be willing to learn new skills, systems and processes as required by the role;
- Possess a high level of attention to detail;
- Have experience of working as part of a team and managing a varied workload.
