Salary:              £28,000+, dependent on experience, plus benefits

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a positive and IT-savvy customer services professional to support and lead a team of customer service representatives in delivering high-quality service to a global customer base.

This job description outlines the specific role responsibilities and the skills and attributes we are looking for. 

Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should:

  • Have previous experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Have a good understanding of e-commerce, international shipping and logistics.
  • Be competent with CRM systems and databases.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, a strong team ethic and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Take a positive and proactive approach to problem solving, particularly IT troubleshooting.
  • Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and manage work and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
