The International Accounting Standards Board (Board) has issued a call for membership.

In line with the Constitution, we are seeking to fulfil two vacancies, one from the Americas and one from the Asia-Oceania region, to:

  • Serve as a member of a collegial, international body and contribute to the development and review of IFRS Standards.
  • Provide input and guidance to staff and act as a sounding board on a range of complex financial reporting issues.
  • Enhance confidence and trust in the standard-setting process by liaising and building relationships with a range of global stakeholders.

Board members serve a five-year term, which may be renewed for a further three years. The roles are full-time and based in London.
