Asia Sustainability Symposium: Sustainability Strategies and Investor Expectations—Advancing ISSB Standards Implementation in Asia
The Asia Sustainability Symposium is organised by the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (SAAJ) in cooperation with the IFRS Foundation Asia-Oceania Office. The symposium aims to identify key challenges and pathways towards the practical implementation of ISSB Standards following regulatory adoption.
Emmanuel Faber, ISSB Chair, will provide a video message discussing the latest developments in ISSB Standards. The session will be followed by a keynote address from Toshitake Inoue, Director-General, Policy and Markets Bureau, Financial Services Agency of Japan and panel discussions with market experts.
Event details
The event will be hosted in-person and virtually and will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation into Japanese.
