Advancing Sustainability Disclosure: Implementing the Global Baseline and Future Strategies for Biodiversity and Human Capital
Following the success of the inaugural event in 2024, we are pleased to invite you to the second Sustainability Standards Conference, which will take place on 21–22 July 2025 in Germany.
The International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) is organising the conference with the Accounting Standards Committee of Germany, Goethe University Frankfurt and the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research SAFE, with support from the House of Finance and Deutsche Börse Group.
This year, the conference will focus on the implementation and further development of IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. Bringing together perspectives from academia, regulation and practice, the conference will provide a platform for cross-disciplinary exchange on current challenges in sustainability reporting. The topics covered will include applying the ISSB’s global baseline in practice and current trends in disclosing biodiversity and human capital information.

The event will be held in person at Goethe University Frankfurt. Participation is free of charge. The conference language is English.
