The International Accounting Standards Board expects to publish the Exposure Draft Interest Rate Benchmark Reform—Phase 2: Proposed amendments to IFRS 9, IAS 39, IFRS 7, IFRS 4 and IFRS 16 on 9 April 2020.
The document will be available to download from the Open for comment section and from the IBOR Reform and its Effects on Financial Reporting—Phase 2 project page. To comment on the Exposure Draft you will need to have an IFRS account, which can be created here.
