The IFRS Foundation would like to congratulate Niclas Hellman (Stockholm School of Economics), Jordi Carenys (EADA Business School) and Soledad Moya Gutierrez (ESADE Ramon Llull University) for their paper "Introducing More IFRS Principles of Disclosure – Will the Poor Disclosers Improve?" which won the Best Paper Prize for 2018 as awarded by Accounting in Europe. Their paper was discussed at the IASB Research Forum in Brussels in 2017.
