Biography
Yaprak Baltacioglu has broad experience in national policy development and organisational leadership, as well as extensive non-executive director expertise.
She currently serves as an Independent Director at Deloitte Canada and Chile and as a Director at MDA Space and at Canadian product certification body CSA Group.
Throughout her career, Ms Baltacioglu has held senior government roles in Ottawa, Canada, including as Secretary of the Treasury Board and Deputy Minister of several ministries.
She also has experience from academia and holds a Master’s degree from Carleton University. She is a Member of the Order of Canada.
