Biography
Lisa Bomba is a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank with responsibility for developing policies and interpretative guidance related to IFRS Standards, German GAAP, US GAAP and prudential regulations. She also serves as Chair of the International Institute of Finance’s Senior Accounting Group and is a Member of the Financial Instruments Working Group of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group. Lisa Bomba was appointed as a member of the IFRS Interpretations Committee in July 2019 and has been reappointed to serve a second term in July 2022.
