The IFRS Foundation has announced six appointments and four reappointments to the IFRS Taxonomy Consultative Group (ITCG), effective 1 August 2026.
The ITCG is an expert consultative group that advises both the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) on IFRS digital taxonomies and related activities.
Newly appointed ITCG members serve terms of one to three years. Members are eligible for reappointment but can serve for no more than six consecutive years. There is no maximum term for appointed observers.
The IFRS Foundation, including the IASB and ISSB, would like to thank the retiring ITCG members for their contribution to developing the IFRS digital taxonomies.
