The IFRS Foundation is joining London Climate Action Week from 21–29 June 2025 and will be hosting a few events—some in collaboration with partners—as well as participating in third-party events.
The events will include discussions about relevant updates on the UK’s adoption of ISSB Standards, as well as the ISSB’s ongoing work on transition plan disclosures since assuming responsibility for the disclosure-specific materials of the UK Transition Plan Taskforce.
London Climate Action Week offers a great opportunity for ISSB members and IFRS Foundation staff to engage with stakeholders and promote the adoption and implementation of ISSB Standards. Please see the list of events for more details.

The LSEG and the ISSB have partnered to organise this event, which is a collaboration with Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero, the Transition Pathway Initiative, and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. The event will bring together key stakeholders—including those from the financial industry and, the corporate sector, as well as policymakers and international organisations.
The event will explore the practical application of climate transition plans in providing forward-looking information to investors and enabling strategic engagement between companies, the finance sector and policymakers.

Join the ISSB, Deloitte, and Chapter Zero during London Climate Action Week for a high-level discussion for non-executive directors.
Global momentum towards the adoption of ISSB Standards is growing, including in the UK. This event will discuss how sustainability data can enhance board-level strategic decision-making and make high-quality information available to investors for asset pricing and assessing long-term returns. Participants will also receive updates on the ISSB’s work to develop guidance on transition plan disclosures.
