Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Assistant Systems & Data Analyst to join our Production team.

The Production team is small and friendly, and supports the digital and print publishing activities of the IFRS Foundation.

Day to day, the team produce a variety of due process documents in multiple media formats. Annually, they consolidate and maintain the Foundation’s core IP and the IFRS Standards, and produce several multi-volume editions. The team continuously improves the production processes and contributes to the development of print and digital products, as well as developing and deploying solutions to various publishing challenges.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is passionate about content, enjoys new challenges and takes pride in their work and the work of their colleagues.

Candidates who wish to be considered for this role must:

  • possess a degree-level qualification, or equivalent;
  • have the ability to think in a logical and systematic way;
  • possess excellent attention to detail;
  • have experience of editing in XML/HTML, along with experience of using Content Management Systems and/or with website administration;
  • have a flexible and proactive approach to delivering each job in an efficient and timely way; and
  • ideally possess some knowledge of the Adobe product suite (including AEM), Word and Oxygen (tagging, table formatting, output calibration, etc.).
