Xiaolu Wang

Biography
Ms Xiaolu Wang is the head of Due Diligence and Portfolio Management at Efund PE, the private equity arm of China's biggest mutual fund. She works closely with investment institutions in the mergers and acquisitions process and with more than 80 portfolio companies spanning varying life stages. Prior to joining Efund, she was part of the Transaction Services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong, managing the financial due diligence work stream in regional and cross-border mergers and acquisitions deals. Ms Wang holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong SAR (HKICPA).
