Rosemary Zigrossi has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, both in investments and in financial reporting and analysis. During her career Ms. Zigrossi has been an auditor, preparer and user of financial statements. As a Vice President in private equity and venture capital at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP) Ms. Zigrossi was involved in the financial analysis and due diligence. During her tenure with the OTPP, she also held the role of Vice President, Asset Mix and Risk and started her career as Head of the Investment Accounting and Operations.
More recently, Ms. Zigrossi held the position of Director at Promontory Financial Group, LLC, a consulting firm focused on serving global financial services companies and during her tenure worked in the Toronto and London offices. She started her career as an auditor with KPMG and Comptroller with J.P. Morgan Bank of Canada.
Ms. Zigrossi currently serves as a consultant and investor in a private telecom company and serves on the board of directors of public, private and not for profit organizations. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds the Corporate Director (ICD.D) designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has completed the Harvard Business School program for management development.
