Mr Glen Suarez, who was appointed Vice Chairman in 2014, has been Deputy CEO and Director of Investments at Knight Vinke since 2006.

From 1988 to 1994 Mr Suarez worked at Kleinwort Benson, where he was a key member of the team that advised the UK Government on the privatisation of the UK electricity supply industry, and from 1994 to 2003 he worked at Morgan Stanley, where he headed the European utilities group.

From 2003 to 2006, Mr Suarez was a partner at Soditic Ltd, a corporate finance and investment firm, and during this time he worked closely with Knight Vinke as a financial adviser on its investment in Suez.

Mr Suarez graduated from Exeter College, Oxford with a First Class Honours degree in Modern History and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
