Isabelle Ferrand is Chief Financial Officer of the central body of Credit Mutuel, where she is responsible for accounting and regulatory policies, consolidated financial statement, prudential reporting to the competent authorities and financial control.
Credit Mutuel Group is the 34 largest bank in the world, with two main activities: banking and insurance. It employs close to 80 000 people.
She has been nominated to the Board of the International Co-operative Alliance and appointed Chair of the International Accounting and Regulatory Affairs Committee of this organization.
She represents the International Co-operative Alliance on the IFRS Advisory Council, which represents close to one billion individual members. The International Co-operative Alliance is an independent, non-governmental organization created in 1895 to unite, represent and serve co-operatives worldwide. It provides a global voice and forum for knowledge, expertise and coordinated action for and about cooperatives.
She has a master Degree and a Superior Accounting Studies Diploma.
