Anne Molyneux is an adviser on corporate governance, financial sector regulation and reform, institutional capacity-building, national regulatory frameworks, accounting and audit standards and regulation and professional oversight, education and training.
She has provided technical support for ministries, regulators, standard-setters, public and private sector companies and leaders for changes to encourage increased foreign direct investment, including securities and banking market reforms and reforms in accounting and audit and corporate governance.
Ms Molyneux represents the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), a not-for-profit body founded in 1995 that has evolved into a global membership organisation of over 500 leaders in corporate governance in 50 countries. The ICGN’s mission is to raise standards of corporate governance worldwide. In doing so, the ICGN encourages cross-border dialogue at conferences and influences corporate governance public policy through ICGN Committees.
Previous positions held were: Director Technical Affairs, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales; Director, Intellectual Capital, CPA Australia; Director, Finance, CPA Australia; Senior Manager, Education and Membership, CPA Australia.
She has a Master of Management and a post-graduate Diploma in Business (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
