IFRS Standards are required or permitted for listings by foreign companies tick Required.
The IFRS for SMEs Standard is required or permitted tick Full IFRS Standards are required not only for listed companies and financial institutions but also for companies whose articles of incorporation provide for unrestricted transfer of shares or potential future public listing as well as for some other non-public companies. All other SMEs are permitted to use the IFRS for SMEs Standard.
