Live webcast sessions introducing the recently issued standards

IASB staff will give two sets of live webcasts, each comprising morning and afternoon sessions, to introduce the recently issued standards. The first set of webcasts, which takes place on 23 May, introduces IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement and the second, taking place on 25 May, introduces IFRS 10 Consolidated Financial Statements, IFRS 11 Joint Arrangements and IFRS 12 Disclosure of Interests in Other Entities. All standards were published on 12 May 2011. During the webcast an introductory presentation will be followed by a live question and answer session. Questions can be submitted during the presentation via the web presentation facilities.
23 May 2011 - Introducing IFRS 13
There will be 11am and 4pm webcasts (London time), both hosted jointly by staff and members of the IASB and the US national standard setter, the FASB. As usual you will be able to submit questions via the internet during the webcast.
