The IASC Foundation seeks candidates to fill vacancies for Trustees that will become available in January 2010. The IASC Foundation is seeking a minimum of three Trustees.
Qualified candidates should have experience as a senior professional or executive in an organisation with an interest in accounting standards.
Trustees’ responsibilities include ensuring financing for the organisation; appointments to the IASB, the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee and the Standards Advisory Council; and general oversight.
The appointments will be for the period from 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2012.
