Liabilities – comment deadline extended

In its March Board meeting, the IASB decided to extend the comment period for the exposure draft Measurement of Liabilities in IAS 37 to 19 May 2010.
The extension is to give respondents more time to understand the recognition requirements of the standard that will replace IAS 37 before they finalise their comments on the revised measurement proposals.
