IASC Foundation Annual Report 2009 published

The 2009 Annual Report of the IASC Foundation has been published today and is available for download from the IASB website at http://go.iasb.org/2009annualreport.

The annual report comprises three sections:

an overview of the IASC Foundation activities in 2009 including the Chairman’s report [PDF, 476 KB];
an overview of the activities of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) [PDF, 631 KB]; and
the report of the Chairman of the Board, including the financial statements and Report of the independent auditors [PDF, 897 KB].
