Online investor survey on the agenda consultation
As part of its work on setting its future agenda, the IASB created an online survey to understand from the investor community which areas of accounting are in the most urgent need of improvement. The survey closed on 19 December 2011. A summary of the input received in the agenda consultation is available here.
The survey had two parts:
- Part 1 asked for views on the relative importance and urgency of the various projects suggested as additions to the IASB's agenda. More information about the suggested projects and the IASB's agenda consultation is available by clicking here.
- Part 2 asked what works and doesn't work in financial statements.
Please note: Because the survey was designed only for investors and analysts, responses from other interested parties will not be reflected in the summary.
