IASB Research Forum
The IASB Research Forum offers a unique interdisciplinary platform for academics from around the world to exchange their views with peers and members of the IASB, the body that is responsible for the creation of IFRS, on topics that address the interaction between international financial reporting requirements, policy and the functioning of capital markets.
Topics and workshop contributions will typically focus on areas in financial reporting that are either already on the IASB’s research agenda for consideration, that have been brought to the IASB’s attention by stakeholders as areas that the IASB should consider addressing or as research that focuses on issues related to the implementation of IFRS.
Participants will have a unique opportunity to discuss their research both with academic peers and members of the IASB, as well as other practitioners from a regulatory and policy background.
