The IASB agreed to a recommendation from the IFRS Interpretations Committee to propose amendments to IFRS 10 and IAS 28 (2011)

The IASB staff has now begun drafting the amendment to IFRS 10 and IAS 28 (2011). The exposure-draft is expected to be published in December 2012.
