On 26 July 2011 the IASB launched its first formal public agenda consultation on its future work plan. Comments were requested by 30 November 2011. On 18 December 2012 the IASB concluded its consultation and published a feedback statement that maps out its future priorities.

How we consult

The IASB encouraged broad participation in its agenda consultation. The Board raised awareness of the agenda setting process at its conferences in Zurich, Boston and Sao Paolo and arranged a number of small group meetings with interested parties.  In addition, and to further enhance the consultation, the Board collaborated with local standard-setters around the world. The Board held a number of public round tables between January and March 2012 in Singapore, Norwalk, Toronto and London.
