This year’s Asia-Oceania IFRS conference will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 28 March 2012. The conference is hosted jointly by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board and the IFRS Foundation.
The conference offers the opportunity to learn about implementing new International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and to be updated on active projects and plans of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). Presenters include the IASB Chairman (Hans Hoogervorst), Vice-Chairman (Ian Mackintosh) and a number of other IASB members and senior staff, and other IFRS experts.
